A BETTER IT EXPERIENCE STARTS WITH A PLAN

Ready to switch?
Let’s make it a considered move.

You don’t need another leap of faith. You need to know what will change, who owns the handover and how the business keeps working.

RECOGNISE THE FRICTION?

It doesn’t have to take
a major outage.

A review can start with recurring problems, unclear responsibilities or simply a business that has outgrown its current arrangement.

01

The same issue. Again.

Temporary fixes keep coming back, but nobody explains the underlying cause.

02

Too many moving parts.

You know who supplies each tool, but not who owns the whole problem.

03

No clear view ahead.

Costs, renewals and risks appear as surprises instead of an understandable plan.

A FOUR-STAGE TRANSITION

Know the route.
Before making the move.

Timing depends on access, complexity, existing commitments and the changes in scope. We agree on the sequence with you.

01

DISCOVER

Understand before changing.

Review users, systems, supplier relationships, access, current agreements and the problems that matter most.

THE CHECKPOINTA shared picture of the environment
02

PLAN

Make responsibilities explicit.

Agree on service scope, access handover, backup checks, risks, testing and communications. Separate the handover from any larger migration.

THE CHECKPOINTA documented transition plan
03

TRANSITION

Move in controlled steps.

Coordinate with authorised people and suppliers, validate access and test agreed functions before treating the handover as complete.

04

IMPROVE

Create a useful next chapter.

Review the remaining friction, documentation and priorities. Agree on what needs attention next and what can reasonably wait.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

The questions
worth asking.

Will switching mean downtime?

The plan is designed to manage disruption, but zero downtime should not be assumed. The impact depends on the environment and whether the scope includes changes to systems as well as providers.

Do we have to change every product?

No. We first assess what is already working. Replacing products should have a clear purpose and an agreed scope.

Can you take over without the current provider?

A transition depends on authorised access, business ownership and relevant agreements. We will not bypass access controls or assume authority over an environment.

Is there a fixed onboarding fee or contract term?

Fees, terms, coverage and transition work need to be agreed in the proposal. This website does not offer a standard guarantee, free onboarding or a fixed commitment period.
